1. As the nation's successor, we should be able to be more critical and also be careful about some new things that come from outside as well as find ways to filter out whether these things can have a positive or negative impact on life and ourselves.
2. In my opinion, foreign and local cultures do not need to be integrated. We just need to filter out foreign cultures so that there is no conflict, because if we integrate our culture. We will lose the identity of our own culture
3. Stereotypes are judgments of a person based solely on perceptions of the group into which that person can be categorized.
For example, for example the Batak people, the Batak people are known for their loud voice volume and high tone of voice so that there is a stereotype that their characters are too, loud and rough. In fact, although most of them are, it is not certain that the Batak people we meet are of such character, so it is not appropriate for us to behave in accordance with existing stereotypes.
Prejudice is A negative attitude towards a certain individual or group of individuals, that is only based on the individual's membership in a particular group
For example, comparing social status, economic status, beauty and character can also trigger prejudice. For example, a person who is richer but rarely takes part in social activities may be viewed as stingy and arrogant. This prejudice can clearly lead to an even more negative situation.
