Answer:

1.Media in teaching is learning aids, about everything that can be used to encourage thoughts, feelings, attention and abilities or skills of students so as to encourage the implementation of the learning process. So, media in teaching is tools (aids) or objects used in learning, with the intention of conveying messages (information) of learning from sources (educators and other sources) to recipients (students). Assistive devices, especially during this pandemic, for example is hanphone. Then the tools during normal schooling are books, globes, audio, slide shows.

2. Teachers need media in teaching as a tool for conveying messages conveyed by teachers so that students are more enthusiastic about learning and understanding. Second, to overcome the limitations of space, energy time, passion for learning, direct interaction between students and learning resources. Third, enabling children to learn independently according to their visual and auditory talents and abilities.

3. Good teaching media is practical but easy for students to apply, is in accordance with the learning concept, has good standards to use, can be used for a long time and continuously, and most importantly is in accordance with the objectives.

4. Yes, I think it is very necessary. Because learning media is currently very much needed, especially online learning media for the Covid19 pandemic. If there is no online learning media, teachers and students will get miss communication, do not know the direction of learning objectives and certainly not in the order of learning. Also this learning media is useful and makes students feel more excited when learning, and is useful for generalizing science and technology.
