The Answer

1. In my opinion, understanding foreign cultures to avoid conflict is Understanding Communication, namely by, Looking directly into the eyes will make the other person pay full attention to whatever you are saying. If there are distance constraints, it is better to use a telephone line instead of email or text. Understand and Embrace Differences. The difference in background from one individual to another is absolute. Be open with it, especially culture and language. Next, Active Listening, namely Being a listener may sound trivial, but not everyone can do it. From this the potential for misunderstanding can arise. If you are not sure about the message conveyed, ask the other person again. No need to be afraid, asking again is far better than wrong in capturing the content of the conversation and Improve the Way of Speaking, namely by using language that is short, concise and clear. In addition, use appropriate language with the other person, then Avoid Confrontation, Don't let the mistakes that you actually cause are even seen as being caused by someone else. This will open up an unpleasant confrontation. It is better to explain chronologically so that all parties understand what really happened, lastly, calm down in the face of conflict

2. In my opinion, Foreign Culture is a culture that comes from outside the region which is accepted and lived by a community who lives in its own area and Local culture is a culture that is owned by the community which is managed by a certain locality or area which is different from the culture owned by the community in other places. It is necessary because foreign culture has led to changes in the lifestyle of a more modern society. As a result, people prefer a new culture which may be considered more practical than local culture. Foreign culture entering Indonesia brings various kinds of influences, namely positive and negative influences. One example that can be seen from the negative side of foreign culture that comes to Indonesia is the lifestyle of foreigners, starting from the way they dress inappropriately that they shouldn't be used to the way they hang out. In the past, in our culture we placed great importance on dressing in a polite and closed manner. However, due to the entry of foreign culture, this culture has changed. Now, dressing that opens up the genitals seems to have become a habit that has become deeply embedded in our society. So that forgetting the clothes that should be worn by the Indonesian people

3. My opinion  A stereotype is a positive or negative belief that is held against a certain social group. After the emergence of stereotypes, prejudice / prejudice will emerge which is a negative attitude that cannot be justified towards members of the group and Prejudice can take the form of feelings of dislike, anger, disgust, discomfort and even hatred. After the emergence of stereetypes and prejudice, discrimination can emerge, which is negative behavior that is not justified for members of the group. For example, There, my ethnicity is Sundanese, from the voice of the Sundanese people who are known for their soft and flowing voices, so there is a positive stereotype that the characters are gentle and polite and there are negative stereotypes that are not strong or lack enthusiasm when doing activities.
