Answer :

1. What we need to do is increase cultural sensitivity, be open to differences and communication skills, and interact appropriately. Increase a sense of tolerance, implement in your heart that differences are not something to be bothered with, respect cultural differences in Indonesia.

2. I am a person with a descent from the Batak culture and I live in a multi-cultural environment such as Minang, Java, Malay etc. Here I see that there are cultural differences between me and my friends, but that does not mean that these differences create distance, but instead can get to know each other and respect each other. And in my opinion there is no need for integration between local culture and foreign culture, because we are beautiful and diverse with our own local culture, there is no need for integration from foreign cultures, this can make us forget about the culture and morals in Indonesia so we can forget will be identity.

3. Stereotype is the scope of a person's perception or thought to simply a complex thing based on information. An opinion or statement that has not been proven true, or prejudice can also be said as aSn accusation without any evidence. An example of stereotypes in everyday life is that people assume that children with a science major are superior to a child majoring in social studies, so that people are more proud of science students than social studies students, even though this is not true. It's just that a science student can be said to be a smart student, even though social studies students excel in terms of socialization and speaking up.
